JPI’s Designer for a Day services provides you with expert guidance to assist you with parts of your project that you may find especially overwhelming and to help you avoid making costly mistakes.
Services are offered in 6 hour time blocks and may include, but are not limited to:
- Selection of finishes & fixtures
- Floor plans and layout ideas
- Guidance for kitchen, bath, laundry room, mudroom and closet designs
- Selection of paint colors
- Selection of hard and/or soft window treatments
- Flooring recommendations
- Furniture selection
This package includes:
- A brief Discovery Call to introduce ourselves, get an overview of your project and answer any questions you may have.
- An initial Design Consulation to walk through the space and discuss the project and budget parameters in detail.
- A detailed agenda for our Design Day
- Up to 6 hours of design time sourcing from various local suppliers. What I find to be the most productive and best use of your time and money is to source items on my own for 1 – 3 hours (depending on the scope of the project) then meet with you either that same day or within that week at local showrooms to present selections. This helps to avoid “decision fatigue” by showing you only the very best selections based on our discussions about your style and budget. It is a true time saver that often allows us the opportunity to either head to another showroom or take the samples back on site to view them in your space.
